Grete Jalk (1958)

 

The GJ 118 Series was original designed for the American market in the late 1950s and produced by France & Son - owned by the Danish design manufacturer Poul Cadovius. The furniture was, delivered flat-packed as knockdown furniture for easy export, which was France & Son business idea and the main reason for their phenomenal success on the American market. 

Today the furniture is delivered fully assembled. The Grete Jalk  - GJ 118 series is available in oil treated European Oak and American Walnut. 
The cushions is upholstered with fabric by KVADRAT. The entire GJ collection is “Made in Denmark”. 

The units come as a 1, 2 or 2½-seater
